The DCI team is comprised of multiple business units which allows us the ability to offer our clients a diverse range of services. Our construction management division provides us the ability to assist at the conceptual phase of the project. While our general construction operation will oversee the building phase of the project overseeing all trades under our umbrella making sure project specifications and client expectations are met. A unique offering is our self-performing services group comprised of site work, footings and foundations, miscellaneous demolition, general carpentry down to final cleaning. Our rage of self-performing services gives us full control over quality as we are not a “broker house” subcontracting out all of our services. The old saying is “You can’t build a great building on a weak foundation” and we make sure the foundation is strong for our clients. Lastly, our real estate and development team encompasses end-to-end project oversight from financing through design, planning, construction, and delivery.
