Pre-Referendum Services

  • Evaluate short- and long-term planning goals
  • Verify and determine responsibilities of team members
  • Work close with SED requirements, timelines, and decisions (K-12)
  • Assist with all the value engineering opportunities
  • Cost estimating for conception
  • Master scheduling
  • Review of preliminary phasing plan
  • Implantation of technology requirements/timeline

  • Health and safety consideration and planning

Construction Phase Services

During the construction phase, DCI Construction Management Services will communicate and coordinate with all parties.

Our construction phase services include:

  • OACM scheduled planning and procedures
  • Project scheduling (master) including phasing plan
  • Implementation of required information for fronted document and bid documents
  • Evaluation of budget and alternate means of control
  • Bid process and control including recommendation as required
  • Project team and on-site supervisor
  • Safety requirements and procedures
  • Review of inspections/submissions of shop drawings/necessary substitutions.
  • Control of areas related to parking, staging, ingress and egress, all provided in safe environment
  • Phasing and coordination efforts through on-going communication
  • Attend and participate in OACM meeting as recommended or required
  • Project meeting with all prime contractors
  • Provide monthly reports to show progress, schedules, budget and change order requirements
