History

Back in 1994 Christopher DiPasquale began a small landscaping and snow plowing business offering services to residential clients. Over a short period of time the company grew and began collaborating with commercial clients, which included some of the Rochester area’s most prestigious businesses. The focus then shifted from residential to commercial. Shortly thereafter hardscapes became one of the companies’ areas of expertise. With the addition of hardscapes, heavy equipment arrived which allowed site work such as excavation and underground utilities to become another business offering. In the mid-2000’s the company began working on public works projects as a site subcontractor alongside the area’s top general contractors. In 2013 Mr. DiPasquale founded DiPasquale Construction, Inc. to offer general contracting services. Since inception the general construction business segment has grown to be a trusted partner on projects across New York State. Followed by the addition of DCI Construction Management Services LLC and the DCI Property Group LLC in 2021, and DCI Property Services LLC in 2023 this completes today’s operating entities and full service of offerings.

Hard work, vision, discipline, and dedication has always been at the forefront of the company’s leadership. The company’s history is comprised of the core values that still exist today. While Mr. DiPasquale has been the driving force, he has surrounded himself with a team that encompasses these same values and that is proven by the success that has been achieved in such a relatively short period of time.
