Christopher DiPasquale
Christopher DiPasquale is President of the DCI team of companies with construction expertise spanning three decades. He began his career as a landscape, hardscape, and site contractor in 1994, founded DiPasquale Construction, Inc. in 2013, and the DCI Property Group & DCI Construction Management Services in 2021 — fulfilling his vision of establishing firms that provide customers with diverse construction services. DCI is highly respected throughout Western New York and DiPasquale is proud to have learned his craft hands-on from the ground up. He remains involved daily with each active job and visits each active site weekly, to work alongside his team. This personal attention defines Team DCI, with the vast majority of the work performed in-house. DiPasquale serves on the board of directors of the Rochester Labor Council AFL and the Canal Ponds Business Park Association; he is also a proud member of Rochester Builders Exchange. He is family-oriented, and when not working he happily spends time with his children and grandchildren.
Jason Colline
Jason Colline is the Vice President, where he has been instrumental in establishing the company culture of trust, quality, and employee appreciation. His guidance throughout immense organizational growth has resulted in elevation of the company’s image and positive business relations with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. His career encompasses more than 25 years of manufacturing and operations management experience, as well as creating technology-based solutions. Colline is a critical and strategic thinker and oversees DCI’s finances, human resources, information technology, insurance, legal, and marketing. He is driven and efficient and has installed control systems at DCI related to policies, procedures, and structure. Colline serves on the board of directors of General Contractors Insurance Ltd. and is a member of Construction Financial Management Association. Outside of work he enjoys family time, camping, and sports.
Sunil P Cheriyan
Sunil P Cheriyan is DCI’s, Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Mr. Cheriyan oversees DCI’s operations, implements short-and long-term strategic plans and day-to-day operations of the company, and leads to ensure that the appropriate reporting procedures, people, and systems are in place to meet the operating requirements and financial goals of the company. Throughout his nearly 25-year career, Mr. Cheriyan has helped to deliver complex, high-profile construction projects for clients around the world, including high-rise residential buildings, sports facilities, corporate offices, educational buildings (colleges and K-12), occupied residential rehabilitation and new construction, multifamily buildings and parking facilities in the United States, Middle East, and India. Mr. Cheriyan has earned recognition for undertaking large, complex projects, fostering innovation, embracing emerging technologies, and making a difference for clients, colleagues, and the community. Specialized and noted for the high level of expertise in construction project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling closeout, and compatibility with all project delivery systems, including design-bid-build, design-build, construction manager at-risk, construction manager as-agent, and public/private partnerships. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, sports, and photography.
Jason McGuckin
Jason McGuckin is the Chief Financial Officer bringing 15+ years of experience in all facets of accounting, auditing, and financial management. He is responsible for all of the company’s financial operations. His role includes directing and managing DCI’s daily and long-term finances, maintaining adequate accounting records, and internal controls as well as overseeing the payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable aspects of the company. Mr. McGuckin is a true team player and believes what sets DCI apart from other companies is the respect and trust given to each and every employee and customer. Outside of work Jason enjoys hiking and sports.
Michael DePuyt
Mike DePuyt is Senior Project Manager and Estimator with the DCI team, bringing to the team more than 35 years in the construction business. His career has spanned both general construction and construction management. Earlier in his career he supervised a promising up-and-comer in the field — Christopher DiPasquale — who invited DePuyt to be a key member of the team when DCI formed in 2013. For the array of projects he manages, what he enjoys most is seeing all the parts come together, including the building of DCI’s headquarters and projects he worked on in the past that DCI is now expanding or renovating. He highly values his relationships with customers, including village, town, and city officials and school district and college administrations. As he oversees all aspects of projects, his strong relationships are beneficial to DCI, from purchasing tools and supplies to negotiations and trouble shooting. When not on the job, he enjoys shooting sports and traveling, including cruises, but above all is spending time with family at home or at his cottage on Port Bay — with his wife, children, 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
